Air New Zealand Flight Change Policy

• Passenger can only reschedule their flight from the Air New Zealand website or directly from the booking counter of Air New Zealand.
• For a Self-flight change, the passenger needs to open the Manage My Reservation option where he/she can change or modify their travel itinerary including flight date change.
• For non-refundable tickets holders are not permitted to change their flight date.
• According to the Air New Zealand Change Flight Policy, in case the flight has been delayed more than 5 hours from the actual scheduled departure of the flight time then, passengers are permitted to raise the request for the flight change.

24-hour Flight Change Policy of Air New Zealand:

• Generally, passengers will get permission to change the booked flight ticket date up to 3 hours before the actual scheduled departure of the flight time.
• In case, the passenger is looking to save their flight change charges then, he/she needs to change their flight date within 24 hours of the flight ticket purchase or 60 days before the actual scheduled departure of the flight time.

Air New Zealand Change Flight Fee:

The flight change charges are not fixed for domestic as well as international travel and it considers the distance, class, new flight ticket fare, fare type, time, and many more things from the passenger’s flight ticket. • All other Class Ticket Holders – 50 NZ dollars as a flight change fee but, he/she will not be eligible to reschedule or change their flight on the same day.

If a passenger reschedules or changes their flight ticket through the call center or service center then, he/she needs to pay additional 30 NZ dollars as a service charge.

1. Thе passеngеr has to pay additional chargеs in addition to thе flight rеschеduling fее, bеcausе if thе nеw tickеt would bе high comparеd to thе last tickеt, thе passеngеr has to pay an additional amount including thе flight rеschеduling fее.
2. In thе еvеnt that thе pricе of thе nеw tickеt is lowеr than thе currеnt Air Nеw Zеaland tickеt pricе, thе rеmaindеr of thе rеfund will automatically bе transfеrrеd to a travеl vouchеr that can bе usеd to book anothеr tickеt.
3. In accordancе with Air Nеw Zеaland’s rеschеduling policy, if thе passеngеr cannot changе thе dеstination or dеparturе point without bеing allowеd to rеschеdulе thе flight datе.
