Under certain situations, you are still eligible to get a full refund if you have purchased a non-refundable ticket. If you cancel a ticket for which you made the payment via debit or credit card, your refund amount is likely to be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. 

If you cancel a ticket for which you made the payment in cash, your refund amount (after deducting Hawaiian Airlines Cancellation Fee) is likely to be credited to your original payment method within 15 to 20 business days. You are not eligible for a refund if you have purchased a basic economy ticket. These tickets are considered the cheapest option to fly and come with the least amount of flexibility.
